Who is responsible
The data on this site is handled by the RoMi Tattoo by R.Mile studio, 38 prospekt Chekistov, office 103, Krasnodar, Russia.
You can reach us on Telegram @RoMi_Tattoo, on WhatsApp, or by phone on +7 999 414 71 74 — the same contacts used for booking a session.
What the site collects
A visit counter. The site counts how many people came and shows only a number. One visitor is counted once a day: the browser leaves a small marker (a cookie) for that, and the server keeps only the count. No IP address, no page history and no visitor profile is stored.
Messages you send yourself. If you write on Telegram or WhatsApp, or call, we receive what you sent — a name, contacts, a description of the idea. That is what we need to answer and to book you in.
The admin panel. The panel that edits this site is open only to the artist and is protected by a password; its cookie is set only after signing in and never concerns visitors.
What the site does not do
There are no advertising or analytics systems following a visitor, no profiling, no automated advertising, and no selling or passing of data to third parties. Visitors have no accounts, no registration is required, and no payments are taken on the site.
Third-party services
Yandex and 2GIS reviews are embedded on the reviews page as those services' own official widgets. When that page opens, your browser contacts Yandex's and 2GIS's servers, and they may set their own cookies and see the request just as they would on their own sites. How they handle data is described in their own policies. We receive no information about visitors from those widgets.
The reference library and Pinterest
The studio keeps a personal catalogue of reference pictures for its work. Some of them come from the studio's own Pinterest account, read through Pinterest's official API with that account's permission. This happens on the site's server and has nothing to do with visitor data: the site collects nothing about visitors from Pinterest and publishes nothing from Pinterest on its pages. The catalogue is password-protected and open only to the artist.
How long data is kept
The visit counter is kept as a plain number and is not tied to any person. Correspondence is kept for as long as the work and the booking need it, and is deleted afterwards. You can ask for your messages to be deleted — write on Telegram or WhatsApp and we will do it.
Changes to this policy
If the rules change, this page changes with them; the date of the last update is above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the rules described here.
